Years ago, with my kids in the car, I almost had an accident when another car ran a stop sign. I swerved to avoid that car and others. My kids were in the back screaming with DELIGHT! 'We're having an adventure, yay!!' I kinda got salty at first, but then quickly realized that they felt SAFE because Daddy was driving. My prayer today is that I too learn to enjoy the ride regardless of what happens because my heavenly Father is behind the wheel and very much in control.
